Healthy on a Budget Challenge – LIVE:

Each student will complete the 3 DAY SNAP challenge which consists of living on $10 per day for all three meals. The goal of this challenge is to place yourself in the shoes of a less fortunate individual for three days. This will aid in the development of necessary skills required in order to serve people of all forms of socioeconomic status.

Each student will submit a menu/diary of what they ate for each of the 3 days, including prices for each meal, attach photo copy of receipts, nutritional analysis of each day with 3 day assessment of nutrients compared to recommendations and a diary of how you felt during each day.
